I needed to uninstall a program from my computer and the uninstall process wouldn’t complete so I was told on the program’s community forums that it can be uninstalled through Safe Mode, so I put my computer in Safe Mode through boot settings. Safe mode, minimal checked. My computer booted up, but then my keyboard and mouse turned off the second windows 10 log in screen came on.

I did a 3x boot fail to get windows 10 to do a repair mode so I can try to do a system restore, but the system restore point still loads me into SafeMode. I don’t know how to get my computer out of safe mode in Windows 10 without the use of my keyboard and mouse. As it stands now, my computer is stuck in safe mode. If you have and it is still not working, then we suggest using a different keyboard to be able to exit safe mode and see if it will work. If the issue still persists, you might have to consider resetting your computer.

In reply to Anne Ros’s post on November 16, I am currently resetting the PC. The way I am resetting is by shutting down thr computer before it fully started the OS so it triggered the auto repair screen and resetting from there.

If it does not come out of safe mode ill let you know or do a full reset of the computer without saving any files which personally would be a pretty big blow for me.
