I recently purchased a Lenovo Ideapad S laptop running Windows 10 in S mode and it will not let me switch out of S mode. I have tried multiple times to follow the instructions and leave S mode by updating the Microsoft Store app and clicking ‘Learn More’ onto the Switch out of S mode page, but each time I follow the link, the ‘Get’ button is disabled and grey. Just above the button it tells me to “Check with my IT or Systems administrator” yet I am the administrator of the laptop.
I have tried to update the Microsoft Store, restart and click the ‘Get’ button but the button remains grey and disabled. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Was this reply helpful?
