Log in to the NDSU. Click Recordings in the left-hand navigation to find your Cloud Recordings. Under Cloud Recordings , click the Share button to the right of the recording you want. In the Share this cloud recording window, select the radio button next to Only authenticated users can view.

This means only logged in student, faculty or staff at NDSU can view the recording. Click Close. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation. Scroll down to Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings and click the toggle to turn on.

This feature requires users to enter a passcode before viewing or downloading the recording. This can be added as a requirement for a single recording or all recordings past and future.
