When I receive a new calendar invitation the reminder gets set to “None” instead of retaining its original value. I have verified from the source tested this dozens of times now directly from a separate account and from other people that the meeting invitation includes a 15 Minute reminder before the start of the meeting, but for some reason the reminder gets set to “none” when I accept to my calendar.

I then have to go into the meeting and manually set the reminder to “15 Minutes” or appropriate time to be reminded My guess is that I am missing something very simple but am currently out of ideas and could use some help. Has anyone else run into this issue? Does anyone know how to fix? We understand how you feel about the situation. Let me guide you to resolve the issue. I suggest you to clear all the reminders and try to create the new remainders and check if the issue reoccurs.
